We arrived late at night and they kept our drivers license saying that it was necessary for registration in the morning. Also they try to charge us €3 in cash, but we paid the total in full before we arrived. Their breakfast is a joke, do not count on it. They put out two croissant at the time, counted one per person. “This was an unusual property/experience. The main door is located on a busy street in a sketchy area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor for Europeans). As there is no on-site staff, pre-check-in is handled through email, including passport submittal, etc. We arrived on Saturday morning in time to return a rental car before they closed at noon.
