「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. The breakfast was delicious! Great little touches throughout the room. The location is great - close to Marsa beach and restaurants. 」

The place is spotlessly clean and very well maintained, and across the street from a public beach (which would be more relevant in the summer, though !). A great breakfast spread! And in the evening, I was also given a ride to/from any dining option of my choice. 」

「In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well. Reception people attitude not good and not helpful. There are many many ants in room. Not allow to bring room any food. Overall worst experience. 」

The property is an easy 10 minute walk from many restaurants, pharmacies, medium sized mall, and a grocery store (monoprix). You're right in the middle of La Marsa, but it is very quiet. 「This hotel is a nightmare. My belongings were stolen, including my phone and cash. The people at the reception didn’t care at all. I felt trapped and terrified. I had to beg to use a phone just to contact my family for help to leave. Never stay here — it’s unsafe and dishonest. 」

「The entire hotel looks brand new and modern. The staff is amazing! Very helpful and willing to help. Also, the food at their restaurant is very good and not expensive (when converting to USD). Some side notes for someone looking to reserve is that they have a different concept, so there’s no room service and not bellman.
