Le service a été remarquable à deux reprises : d’abord lorsqu’un verre s’est brisé, le personnel est intervenu rapidement, puis plus tard lorsqu’un problème de prise de courant m’a valu un changement de chambre immédiat. Les installations sont très agréables, notamment la piscine et le sauna. Le déjeuner était excellent, et le service de navette vers l’aéroport, offert sans frais, très pratique. Si je repasse par l’aéroport de Bâle, je choisirai à nouveau cet...

「Hotel location is good, very near the train station. the service is good. when I request the additional bed in the room. they changed another bigger room to us. Even we have 3 adults and 1 children. They would not ask us to book one more room.」
