“Staff are very nice. The rooms were quite clean. Our room was on the lowest floor so the way up to reception was a bit of a hike but managable. They do charge for water after the first complementary water bottles. The view is beautiful. Great for touring Cappadocia if you're renting a car. Parking is super close too. Lighting in the rooms and washrooms is pretty dim. ”

“酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！
房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！”

“The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset.
overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful.
Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area.
As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep……

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I paid quite a high price for the honeymoon room, expecting something special, but the room was a huge disappointment. It was just a normal room with nothing romantic or unique about it.
To make things worse, the room didn’t have a radiator and it was very cold. The only heating option was an AC unit that made an extremely loud noise, which made it impossible to sleep. Because of the noise, I couldn’t fall asleep until almost 4 a.m.

“The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!”
