「The room was clean and fine. My experience was fine but the Reason for my star rating is my mother needed a handicap room. She actually called the property to confirm that she had a handicap room. The property called her several times to confirm the handicap room. Upon arrival, NO handicap room available meaning no way to shower, use the restroom etc. The Staff couldn't have cared less, just saying there was no handicap room and offered ZERO accountability or accommodation. 「It’s a good motel to stay over night when making long trips. Some splatter on the ceiling and not sure what it was but I can only assume. I also killed two roaches, both in the bathroom. Breakfast provided which is hard to find currently. Loved the waffle station. Cereal was stale according to my wife but it got the job done.」
