The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,...

「Family - Friendly」

「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the food was excellent, and the views were...

「We had an amazing experience with everything at Hotel Plaza Calon. The staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Employees were always cleaning. The grounds were very well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the private patio area. We would 1000% stay here again!」

「This is a large and Cabin in a natural habitat so those who want to stay here typically would have different standards than someone who wanted to stay in a tradition. I do both.
