"The rural house could use a deep clean, it was dusty and you could tell it has not been cleaned properly. There was a leak in the first floor every time the shower was used. "Good location for exploring the area and access to the rail link to Leon. Facilities are those appropriate to its star rating. My stay was on a Monday, the hotel rest day - check-in staff very helpful, but thereafter you are on your own. In contrast for normal full service days there is a welcoming bar/cafeteria and restaurant facilities."

"I have stayed here before and it was an easy decision to rebook this hotel for our trip. The Hotel is a little remote in a small village but I prefer the tranquility and peace at the base of the Picos De Europa. The breakfast and evening meals were fantastic value and I absolutely enjoyed my stay there."

"Absolutely enchanting!! This is run by a couple with their kids and nephew - the took ruins and transformed it into a beautiful retreat for tourists. The suite was gorgeous and spacious. Loved the contrast of the dark wood and the stone/bricks. We had views of the mountains and it was so peaceful.
