“This hotel provided us a room with a non-working refrigerator, which they knew ahead of time prior to check-in. We brought this to the staff’s attention, to which they did not discount our room, nor did they accommodate us by providing another room, free of charge. Unfortunately the few perishables we had purchased for the remainder of our stay were spoiled because of this, as we had anticipated a working refrigerator. Additionally they had no further amenities. We were very disappointed and……

When we checked in it was late and she had us go to a spot a few minutes away (walking distance literally 2minutes) and we were beyond thrilled with the delicious hot meal and drinks even though it was after 9:00pm. The next morning was the most relaxing check out process and breakfast we could ask for!! The fig Jelly was delicious as was the whole meal by the sweet, helpful lady who prepared it! When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. “There’s some construction happening on the ground floor that worried us at first; however, once we located reception and checked into our rooms we found them to be clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff was very helpful and they let us park our van and store our luggage at the hotel while we are away on the Theth-Valbone 3-day trek.”

“We had a wonderful stay at El Greco. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom with an excellent shower. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants. El Greco has an excellent restaurant, Eat Greek, with a new bar with a lovely terrace. Above all, I cannot say enough about the incredible owners and staff. They were so accommodating to us and our two small dogs. We highly recommend and will absolutely return.”

“It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!”

“The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades”

“Good value for money. In general terms, good experience. The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The place was really nice, and the staff was attentive. Recommended however.”
