「Sono stati gentilissimi, arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato un upgrade ad una suite !!! avevamo dimenticato una felpa in camera e 2 giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo accorti, e abbiamo telefonato, hanno trovato la soluzione per farcela arrivare a Tirana prima del nostro volo , e si sono pure preoccupati a telefonare per assicurarsi che tutto sia andato bene, oltre qualsiasi aspettativa !!! GRAZIE !!! 」

「The plase was supposted to be a suite, it was a small room with a tiny balcany. It was supposted to have a pool, but there was non, we had to pay 50EUR on a Beach club to get into the water. 」
