「We had an excellent stay - property is fantastic . Staff are very eager to help . The property is very close to the local train station - around 5 mins walk . Although the property is on the main road, the rooms are very quiet - especially ones facing away from the road. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend this hotel. 」

「The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.」

「We had an amazing stay at ging tea house It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr. Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. 」

「Great value for money. Small hotel with 4 rooms. Personal service. Great view of Kanchenjunga and Sleeping Buddha from balcony. Clean room, bed, sheets and bathroom. Heated bed was great. Woollen pillow cover was a nice touch. Ranjit provides good service and will make you tea and a nice breakfast. Difficult to find the hotel but call in advance and they'll send Ranjit to pick you up. 」

「The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill.」

「It was an amazing experience.. The hotel is a very good location near the mall road. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is very decently designed but the only issue we had was the mattress there. Otherwise really good property for the price we paid. highly recommended」
