"Brackenhurst was a perfect and serene location to spend the night or take a retreat. We spent the day there after coming in through Nairobi. Jane at ActsAfrica at Brackenhurst helped to arrange transport from our hotel in Nairobi, a schedule a delightful tea tour at Gathoni Tea plantation, and transportation continuing from there to Brackenhurst. The price for transport, meals, the gift shop, and the stay were very competitive. We very much appreciate the staff at Brackenhurst for making us feel most welcome in Kenya! The night guards even told us where to find the colobus monkeys, and the restaurant packed us breakfast-to-go for the morning. We look forward to visiting again the next time we are in-country. Asante sana!"

"Loved my stay at sanctuary heart. The watch tower is in the middle of the farm so you are always surrounded by some animals and steps away from the main restaurant. The food was great - I did not need to bother cooking for myself. Ahead of my trip to Naivasha, I had reached out to sanctuary farm to inquire about some of the experienced and activities that they offer. The team was super responsive and helpful- not a single question went unanswered. I also appreciate the cashless system at the farm. I did not have to worry about carrying any cash with me. Really enjoyed my stay - however brief."

L'endroit n'est pas très bien adapté pour les persoones à mobilité réduite, mais il y a des voiturettes de golf pour les déplacements. Excellent buffet déjeuner et très bon resto. À recommander."

"Great location (google maps will take you to just below the property where you can’t access it from the road, so instead make the first right after passing AIC Mission church, driving uphill up Kijabe Road). Hezron and Berry were very attentive, checking in with me several times every day and changing sheets/towels when needed. Also helped me arrange drivers when needed for excursions and washed and dried my clothes beautifully once for free and once for a small fee. Good amenities. I stayed for 2 weeks and had the whole place to myself for the majority of that which I enjoyed but it was also nice at the start of my stay when there were some missionary families staying. They provide clean drinking water and lots of storage space. Great views on to Mount Longonot and the Rift valley. Many missionaries/doctors in the area commented that this is where they recommend their families/friends stay when visiting them in Kijabe and I would recommend!"
