「First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad. After paying $611.11 for the room while he is working and we came to visit with him wyndham...

「We only stayed a night but the rooms were very clean. The property was nice. The bar and live entertainment were a fun addition. They did have a large on-site pool. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was the beds were doubles.」

「I really loved staying here! The plane out front was a huge surprise, as well as all the barber chairs in the lobby. The room was dated, but clean and comfortable. If you are tired of a boring chain hotel, give this hotel a try!」

「the review at Best Western did good, clean and personal. Clean room did good job but missed one thing was when I drop dirty towels by door. maid did not bring clean the towels after dropping them off by door. Breakfast was good but need to add some breakfast.」

「This hotel was perfect for us! We stayed the night before heading to House on the Rock the next morning, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. We loved having access to the hot tub and pool after a long day, and the continental breakfast the next morning was wonderful. The stay was comfortable, relaxing, and convenient. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.」

「The grout in the bathroom was crumbling apart so as I was getting ready in the morning my feet were getting full of grout pieces. Not great on the upkeep of the rooms」

「While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

「The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card. And speaking of key card-it deactivated (which the manager says happens all the time) so we had to run back downstairs, outside and to the front desk. The bed was very hard and...
