「The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.」

「The receptionists Sheza & Palwashar were really helpful and able to solve problems (such as when drivers failed to show up; a common occurrence in Karachi) though their male colleagues on reception were less helpful. The WiFi was good when it worked but would cut out from time to time. Beds were comfortable.」

「Unsafe area, pictures are not honest, this hotel should not even be listed on any website, it’s rated as a 3 star, when it shouldn’t be a 1 star. Washroom was filthy, sink drains onto the same floor where one takes a shower, which is right next to the toilet, no separation whatsoever. The shower water leaks into the room. There was no hot water, and it could apparently not be fixed. The door lock was broken and we were told it could only be fixed the next day, so we had to insist to get it fixed...
