"My first experience was good "

"Liked everything about the hotel. They need to share their visitor policy before hand."

"Paid extra for a premium room with a sea view, what I actually got was a view of a building site and the noise of a cement mixer which one day went from 7:30 in the morning to 23:00. The room was ok but when the air con was on it made the room smell damp. The staff were mostly friendly but I couldn’t work out if they were either deliberately unhelpful or just inept, the end result was the same. Due to the ongoing renovations at the hotel many of the facilities were not available. I have no doubt there are much worse hotels in Freetown which I why I chose what I thought would be a safe choice with a well known brand, unfortunately it did not work out on this occasion. I would not recommend "

"Everything was so great management and lead stuff are really helpful. But the other stuff in the customer services, area wouldn’t helpful they had an attitude for no reason."

"Excellent service throughput. Even when at one point the water stopped it was quickly fixed. Breakfast on time and great"

"The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it."
