We had an amazing trip to Serenity. The staff is there to help with whatever you need. Our butler was great. He helped plan our excursions and book our dinners every night. Ocean was visible from the other side of the hotel, the rooms were smaller but clean, no hot water for shower in the mornings, and an excellent shuttle to the airport in the morning for our large group.
