「DO NOT BOOK HERE. THIS IS A SCAM. We paid for a night when our flight was canceled. Then the property informed us of a 3 night minimum. The booking should have been refused but instead they took our money and refused to refund. I have all the documentation but Hotels.com states they cannot help. "I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting."
