Aside from some tiles missing in the pool, it was really well maintained. Really enjoyed the foam parties. The beach was nice, but there was a fair amount of sargassum. The buffet was good, lots of choices. Had reservations at each restaurant, not bad, but the steak house leaves room for improvement. ...

The food was pretty good. However, the night life was not the best. After the trivia portion each night- there weren’t much happening after that. Other than that, it was a really nice hotel.

Hotel needs serious updating and maintenance but we knew this going in but chose because of beach and pools. Honestly I would not return until updates have been done. Staff friendly was was hit and miss but in general average service. We survived the short 4 day stay but if I had been there any longer ...

Clean, comfortable room and housekeeping were very good. Beautiful grounds and great location. Shame we had to move rooms on the final day. The second room was slightly less well appointed but equally clean and comfortable.
