"The hotel is old, run down, with mold in the bathrooms, old dirty paint in the room. Front desk staff unhelpful with calling a taxi to get to airport. Rooms on ground floor were so loud I had to wear my noise canceling headphones. Never ever again"

"My bag was stolen here. The front desk in morning doesn’t speak English and I truly tried to say basics like orangutans food 123 luggage storage toilet taxi and he has no answer. I even used a translator on phone. So i left my luggage in reception since he didn’t speak English and came back to it ..."
