"We checked in at 3pm, but our room was not ready until 4pm. When the maid finally arrived to clean the room she just remade the bed with the same bedding and the comforter was clearly stained. We were not provided with clean towels and had to request them. Then it took about 20 mins to get them delivered. ..."
