Excellent staff at reception. Rooms fine. Very convenient. Service staff using the guest lifts before check-out time causes a log jam with very long waits , but besides that, all good.

We had a lovely stay, beautiful spacious and spotless bedroom. Breakfast was very good, however the staff were very very prompt in closing down the service, switching of the lights while we were still finishing our breakfast. Only 1 person at the front desk spoke any English. But definitely recommend ...

Excellent team and transport system which is very reasonable and reliable and safe.
There are wine tasting tours that can be taken through the Bordeaux tourism office to visit Saint-Emilion. The tourist office also offers walking tours or with the City Pass there are also tours on an open top bus or mini train.
Lovely range of food options especially the great meat and cheese
The most beautiful shopping streets. Lots of variety and plenty of restaurants. My only problem was the cyclists and scooters in the pedestrian areas, very hazardous and not very safe.
Great City. Underestimated , great in city transport system.
