"Stayed here numerous times as I visit at least twice a year for the last 6 or so years, never had a problem until this time. TV channels didn’t work, they came to fix twice and still only got BBC 1 and 2, so not good. Cleaners turned up to room at 5.30pm so wouldn’t clean, I said could you come tomorrow ..."
