"Staff was very unhelpful. Dated decor. Pool area very rundown. Beach was not like in the pictures. No room service. Spa also terrible. Only positive was the staff on the boat cruises."

"So I’ll start with the positives. Staff was friendly, room was clean and pool was nice and breakfast was nice to start the day. My room did have a rather warm pleasant smell for most of the stay and I was below the rooftop and the music played ALL night so base could be heard through then ceiling. ..."
