"옛날식 구조로써 공간은 넓으나 실내가 청결하지 못하고 분위기가 어두워서 마음에쉼을 얻지 못할환경 화장실은 너무 어둡고 샤워기도 작동이 안되네요. 장점은 물이풍부해서 야외수영장이 있다는것이 젊은부부들을 끄는 동력인거같습니다."
