"Una de las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y había 38 grados, se lo comentamos un par de veces a la persona encargada y no lo soluciono y volvimos a decirle que seguía sin funcionar y de muy malas maneras nos dijo que abriéramos la ventana.
