"Searched specifically for a hotel with a pool, turn up at the pool to find out that kids are only allowed in for 2 x 2 hour sessions. Only a fan in the room, no air conditioning, so no one slept well."

"We weren’t allowed in until 5pm the coffee shop had workman in the room next door. Spa facilities weren’t all working. Everyone was complaining in the restaurant for the evening. Next day we were told we could only use the spa @£70 per person for the morning so no morning swim. Hotel needs updating. ..."

"I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night ..."
