It is situated on an old fruit farm now redundant, with a footpath running alongside so you can access the local village, pub and shore which is a wildlife conservation area and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The accommodation is across one level with a bedroom, living/dining room, compact kitchen with everything two people would need and a lovely modern bathroom with shower. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a couple’s breakaway, enjoy sitting on the comfy sofas in front of the cosy wood burner whilst enjoying your favourite TV programme. Or sit out in your enclosed garden area and enjoy a glass of wine. If you fancy a night off from cooking there is a convenient pub across the road.

The Cabin is in a fantastic location with Nutbourne train stop a short walk away, offering regular trains to Chichester, Portsmouth, Brighton, Southampton, Arundel and Worthing and regular buses stop just at the end of the lane. There are many public footpaths to enjoy for those that enjoy walking or cycling, you will be spoilt for choice as there are many right on the doorstep and the South Down National Park is a short drive away. Close by is the very pretty fishing village of Emsworth with a lovely array of shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants. The beautiful cathedral city of Chichester is a short drive away with a fantastic selection of independent shops, theatre, and lots of eateries, this is a city not to be missed. Within easy reach are the beaches at West Wittering and Bognor Regis, 20 minutes’ drive, and the picturesque sailing village of Bosham, and Arundel with its historic castle and antique shops. The nautical city of Portsmouth with its Spinnaker Tower and Gunwharf Quays, with designer outlets and waterside dining, are also within easy reach. Beach 11 miles.
