“Great time”

“We have stayed here for several years and were extremely disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The restaurant/bar is no longer open at night. We arrived in a driving rainstorm and nobody assisted us with anything at all. There was no staff available to assist with luggage or anything else. All of our clothes were soaking wet, which the staff did allow the use of the dryer. The carpet was dirty in the hallways. We were informed during the driving rainstorm that they would……

“Staff was nice and helpful Only things I didn’t like was there wasn’t an option for 2 queen beds only 2 double beds and they were small”

“There was blood on the bed sheets ,the tub was dirty, poor tv quality ,unprofessional staff and the food was overpriced.”

“Room was never cleaned even though we stayed 4 nights. The doors didn’t close well. The outside property was not maintained. The rooms were very big if you get the suite. Breakfast was always empty at the times we went. The front desk when we arrived was the most amazing worker. She was the best part of our stay.”

“Did not like not given at least 2 bottles of water free upon arrival. I'm not paying $6 for the water into room. Why is there no water pitcher in the lobby like most hotels”

“I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.”

“Property was very nice, however the wallpaper inside the room was peeling off in many areas. The rain shower head did not work and you have to pay for parking. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star.”
