"This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. "Cid Castilla was very clean, staff was very attentive, rooms are a great size, AC and fan worked great! Plenty to do around. Only bad thing in order to get a chair at pool you must go down at 7am to get your towel and put on a chair like everyone does or else they are taken all day. Beach is super full every day, no room to lay and relax."
"The service in the restaurants are a hit or miss type of situation. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are ample space . Internet is good. The common areas need a bit of more attention, especially in the cleaning. Straws on the ground or pool was gross. Beer cans scatter around the pools and or pool chairs was also gross. "
