“Very basic hotel. The room was not cleaned during my stay (3 nights) and the breakfast was basic- bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. It was a fine stay but not super clean even when we arrived and we needed to wear shoes while in our room because the carpets were dirty.”

“The staff was very kind and very helpful when needed however, when I first got there, I noticed the TV wasn’t working. There was some weird crumbs in the bed and the shower had stains in it. I wasn’t unhappy, but definitely would like to feel comfortable on taking a shower if needed. I got the TV fixed the remote needed batteries that wasn’t a big deal. Some of the random crumbs in the bed that was made for us was a little odd, but overall not too bad.”

“It's an inn. It was clean, no smells, amazing room service... That lady knocked at exactly 9:30 every morning and moped thoroughly. Breakfast was minimalist and you really can assume that there is none. For what it is, it was exceptional. Parking was great... I was able to park at my door. The parking lot is shared with Popeyes and Dennys. There is a dollar tree, hair store, and a few other fast food chains in walking distance and an amazing Mexican snack shop for deserts about 2 miles away.……

“The hotel was extremely poorly managed as well as the service was bare minimum and the rooms were never worth the price! Along with them not having any breakfast included 15.99 for breakfast is crazy with those prices per night as well as no late check out ! Just very disappointing the room was not cleaned to the T and i personally prefer to go elsewhere”

“The Front Desk staff were so friendly and very helpful especially Mariel. She went above and beyond and her kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. i would stay here again because of her. The breakfasts were great and food manager was very friendly. ”

“Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.”

“The room smelled old and moist if you ever been in a old house that’s closed in that’s what it smells like mold and maybe they’ve tried to clean over it instead of getting new curtains and carpet just keep the air on nobody will know is my take the bed was not comfortable at all springs coming out the side of the mattress sofa extremely old you don’t even see that pattern anymore that’s how you know it’s old if I had to stay again I wouldn’t the staff was nice but no it definitely needs to be……

“Under new management, the property was reportedly undergoing renovations. No breakfast, vending machines, or food/medical items available. No room service expect when leaving --not even any DO Not Disturb signs for the doors. In the gyn, the exercise machines were partially dysfunctional.”
