“When we arrived I was not on the best as there speared to be little snow,the room was too small and dark. They provided a lamp. The following day we skied the staff were great the bar and lounge perfect with great singer. I have decided to take my family back as is in a perfect position. The garden rooms need a light apart from that Great Hotel. ”

“LA pulizia dell'hotel è esemplare, ci sono due aree parcheggio non distanti dall'hotel è quindi possibile scaricare i bagagli in prossimità dell'Hotel e poi parcheggiare la propria auto. Purtroppo non c'e più la navetta che si ferma e porta gli sciatori a Salice D'Ulzio per arrivare alle piste o si sale con la propria auto oppure dalla stazione FS si prendono i bus di linea.”

“Great hotel is located on a piazza with various shops, restaurants and facilities, 5 minute walk from the lifts/slopes. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast. Great accommodation and facilities for a fair price.”

“Chambre très propre et bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage que le parking est un peu loin de l hôtel car public (non payant) et que le check-in se fait par internet (clefs électroniques pour rentrer. Donc pas d internet ou personnes âgées ou inexpérimentés s abstenir) Sinon l hôtel à du charme ”

“Il personale gentile e disponibile, la posizione innegabilmente ottima, ottimo il parcheggio (a pagamento), il rapporto qualità prezzo un disastro, le camere (anche se mi risulta che alcune sono state già ristrutturate) sono anni 70, non ci sono prese elettriche vicini ai comodini ... moquette bah ... ribadisco il costo non è assolutamente commisurato alla camera. Spero facciano quanto prima un upgrade nel qual caso potrò prendere nuovamente in considerazione di soggiornare nella struttura.……

“Hotel semplice ma confortevole, situato a pochi metri dalle piste di Borgata/Sestriere. Parcheggio in loco, buona colazione, personale/staff veramente molto molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e probabile ci ritorneremo 😊 Consigliato ”

“My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were……

“Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels. There are……
