「Super cute place! Very clean and staff was very kind and helpful. Check in process is a breeze. LOVE the luggage storage option when your flight plans don't line up with check in and check out although they were very accommodating to my early arrival. Highly recommend.」

「Hidden Gem!! I was thrilled I found this place as it was absolutely amazing, the staff is fabulous! Breakfast was the highlight- the best eggs I’ve ever eaten. They even have cookies and tea in the afternoon for a pick me up! My room was perfect and relaxing overlooking the garden- very quiet at night! Thank you for an excellent stay! I’ll definitely be back!」

「The staff was primarily excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I haven't traveled for a while, so it was weird not having a phone in the room and no info on the hotel in the room such as a room service menu, etc. I'm guessing that's the norm now.
The restaurants on-site were fantastic! Every dish we had in FiNO was delicious... so much so that we never went out to a restaurant for dinner. We just kept trying different dishes like the charred cabbage, vodka...
