After reconfirming several times our booking, they realized their error but it took them a while to tell us they would give us other rooms which seemed difficult for them to offer us from the beginning. "It’s sold as a hotel room. This is a hostal. One women toilet/shower for everybody. My room door in the middle of the community kitchen. Very strong humidity smell in the room."
