“I stayed capsule hotel. The room was not bad and roof top bar and pool were really good. Also the hotel staff were so nice. There is Family mart near the hotel.”

“I might review Vien Dong hotel once before because I had been stayed at this hotel many times. Even though this is a small hotel, I could not find a better places where I feel comfortable ,safe and convenience. In Viet nam, most of the small hotels do not have lifts (elevators); this one has a good one.What I like most at this hotel are the staffs, they are polite,helpful, friendly and ready to smile when asking for their assistants.”

Pros are spacious room, friendly staff and powerful water flow; cons are noise (during my 7-night stay, the building facing the window was being remodeled), no free bottled drinking water(when checking out, I paid VN140,000 for 14 bottles) and no electric water boiler. ”

“I wasn't told that the passport kept in counter was for breakfast. When I checked in, the receptionist wanted me to leave my passport with the hotel but I said I need to keep it because I may need to exchange money anytime. The second morning, when I finish my breakfast they tried to charge me. The reason was they didn't have my passport. So ridiculous. I paid breakfast when I booked and the payment was useless just because they didn't hold my passport. If they told in the beginning when I……
