「Property is close to Borghese Gardens, Modern Art Museum, and Etruscan Museum, but a long way to the train station. Area is nice. Front desk people spoke fluent English.」

She was very attentive and always answered promptly. The location was also amazing. We were in the center of the colosseum and the Roman Forum. Shops and dinning everywhere. 「When we having breakfast in hotel canteen, a senior staff who don't speak English used his body language tried to compliant me that my kids was too loud. However, there was only my family in canteen and my kids actually are not loud. We were just talking to each other. His body language made me very uncomfortable.」

「房間沒有暖氣 與櫃台反映後隔天幫我們換了房間 但是暖氣在關閉後還是無法自行開啟 新換的房間廁所有股尿騷味 即使我們將馬桶擦拭了很多遍還是很臭 早餐分量很少 由飯店固定送去房間 只有一人給一塊麵包或可頌以及乾吐司還有一杯咖啡 不過離車站很近 對面也有小超市 交通還算方便」

「旅館整體及房間空間都是小的，但蠻溫馨的感覺，接待處的男士們都很友善，房間兩小床，一個梳妝台，兩個床頭櫃，浴室也很小，淋浴間會有點小滲水，有對外窗，晚上還算安靜，沒有夜生活的吵鬧，重點是離梵蒂岡博物館非常近，走路不用10分鐘，一早去聖彼得大教堂排隊入場，絕對早早通關，附近的聖天使城堡機台伯河邊的夜景也很棒，唯一的缺點應該是吹風機不好用，希望可以改善。」

「酒店位置很好，去哪里都方便，吃饭购物逛街都很方便，酒店服务人员态度友善，卫生也不错，最大的问题是房间太小了，想到小没想到这么小.我的行李箱在调整床铺位置前竟然无法打开，卧室除一张双人床和一张单人床外几乎无立足之地.建议这种旅馆以后不要标3人房了.还有一件更有意思的事：淋浴室的门只能侧身挤进去，感觉很可笑。」

「Otroligt trevlig personal, bra läge på hotellet (ca 15 min promenad till Termini och 30 min till Colosseum). Renligt rum i ett enkelt hotell. Minibuffé till frukost. Lite svårt att hitta till hotellet, lite dåligt skyltat på utsidan. Hotellet låg på andra våningen, hissen var trasig när vi kom.」

「The staff are nice and helpful. The one who do the cleaning was cleaning everywhere in the room, even the area under the bed and the wall, which was impressive. One bad thing is that if people talk loudly, we could hear what they say very clearly at night. Quite stuffy at night. Close to the termini. Have elevator. Overall, good to stay.」
