“The check in process was easy, the staff were helpful and efficient. The room was not what we expected at all, not like the pictures. The carpet was extremely dirty, there were dirty socks under one of the bed that did not belong to us. There were stains on two of the pillows and one of the sheets. The bathroom was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. Very disappointed in the cleanliness, I'm not usually too picky about that but this was the worst I've seen.”

“The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and appliances for a short stay. The TV is an appropriate size for the apartment and the closet has ample space. We prefer firm mattresses and pillows and found the ones there a bit soft. Counter top space in the bathroom is limited. There is an abundance of towels though the large bath towels are made of a not very absorbent fabric. The dining table was rather small and the chairs were old and the upholstery needed……

“We checked in very late, and I was impressed that there was still a desk attendant there! They made sure that we knew the best place to park, the wifi password, and where are room was. There was a faint smell in our room that I suspect was from our last guests, and the main sink drained veeeeeeery slowly (almost not at all), but everything else was very comfortable.
