“The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas.”

We returned to the front desk a 3rd time to request another room. The front desk staff were helpful in getting us a clean room, but even in the third room one of the two beds had hair in it , there was rust in the fridge on the rack, and the shower smelled of mildew. On top of all that the shower……

“HORRIBLE!!!!! If you don't care about getting the room you booked, clean spaces, mold in the bathrooms, or helpful staff, this is the place for you. We arrived at 11:30pm after a long day of travel & were informed that even though we booked a double queen, all they had was a king room (great for 3 grown adults). The front desk apologized, said they would refund our first night and bring us a rollaway bed. Since it was so late & we weren't sure how likely it would be to get a different hotel at……
