“Our host responded quickly to our questions, etc. We appreciated the layout, and it was fully equipped with everything you would want or need. We really liked the "built-in" water filter pitcher that was in the fridge. It was nice to have several areas to lounge. ”

“Allen the owner was very friendly and helpful. We rented 2 of his cottages. Each unit was clean and comfortable. Allen included some water, beer and wine. There is a nice beach within steps. I would say the only down side is the road getting in is a bit tough to navigate. There were deep holes and very big rocks to navigate. Overall we would stay again, hopefully the road will be repaired.”

“Property location is amazing. Beautiful views. House is in need of some improvements. Spare bath did not drain, home generator does not turn on (had multiple power outages). Check in procedure did not work. Luckily the front door was unlocked. Property manager never came to correct any issues. ”

“On our annual trip to Green Turtle Cay, this house was PERFECT for our family with small children. The beds were insanely comfortable, linens and towels soft and clean, and the bonus spaces (porch with ping pong table and games, formal dining area, bar) were a huge plus with kids. The views are unmatched. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off sand and salt. The fridge with the built in water filter and self-filling pitcher is a huge plus, as well.
