“the reception didn't agree with expedia booking, although room was booked for 2 adults with the confirmation email, they charged 300rs extra for 2 people, they charged extra for breakfast although expedia mentioned its free. very bad experience. ”

“Poor management. People keep banging the doors at mid night for no reason. They mentioned breakfast is included but they charge extra for it. Early check in or late checkout by even 1 min will cost extra money which i have never seen at any other properties ”

“This property just requires good management.Silly small things are overlooked eg the toilet exhaust is wrongly installed with the air blowing in instead of being sucked out.It could have been easily rectified but after pointing it out the staff just laughed it by off. Breakfast is omlette but no bread,idli but no wada.Looking for service,don't go here”

“White Ferns is a perfect stay for people looking to be in a well connected locality. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. It's pretty close to both DLF Road and Old Mumbai Highway, which has lot of options for food and supermarkets. There are TSRTC buses from Indira Nagar, Anjaiah Nagar and Raidurg is the nearest Metro station, from where you can take the blue line metro. “Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused. Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry. It’s a scam hotel . ”

“I have travelled to more than 43 countries but nothing can be more horrible than Oyo Mint Leaves in Hyderabad. Let me list all the problems one by one: 1) No breakfast even though mentioned in booking 2) Dogged refusal to clean rooms despite mentioning 3) Phone not working and had to come down every time 4) Loud noise of carpenter on floor disturbed sleep despite complaining 5) They said they clean rooms only once a person checks out. Not in between stay. 6) There were cockroaches and ants……
