"Beautiful location, but we’ve rarely felt more unwelcome or ripped off. I would have probably given this accommodation 4 stars, if we hadn’t had nasty surprises:1) This is not a private host, but a company called Novasol. Their customer service is terrible; you can only chat with them online, and they will do nothing to resolve your problem. 2) Although not explicitly mentioned in the description of the property, no bedlinnen or bath towels are provided. "Not a great stay, but location was excellent. Funky smell in the entry floor. TV didn't work - streaming not possible. Bed too big for the main floor bedroom (can't open door and also closet at the same time), a paring knife broke while we were using it (real safety issue), and overall not a coxy feel. "
