The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you."

"All was dirty. Rooms and bathrooms, cabinets, shower, ALL!!! Blankets and sheets clean Rooms really small, only 3 chairs for all. Many roaches in the kitchen. No plates, cups noting. Old shoes in the cabinets. ;-("
