Jiuquan 2 Stars Hotels

"This was not a hotel that accepts foreigners, so my stay was declined even though I had a reservation and paid the fee. The hotel immediately agreed to refund the fee, but it took me long and uncomfortable negotiations to get the money back from Expedia. This was a very uncomfortable experience. The hotel staff, however, was reasonably helpful. So, this evaluation is not really for the hotel itself."

"We stayed in a business suite which was delightful, large, clean, beautifully appointed. There were two big problems: the heat didn't work, and the room was quite cold even in November. In addition, there was only a trickle of hot water! Taking showers was a challenge. For the money, this hotel was worth it, but the experience could have been much better. "
