"Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Leider konnten viele gar kein Englisch wodurch die Kommunikation schwierig war. Abends konnte man sich Getränke und eine Suppe kostenlos nehmen und morgens gab es ein nettes Frühstücksbuffet!"

They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."
