“いつも予約しているホテルに近いところを予約しましたが、ホテルが見つからず。 電話したところ、いつものホテルにつながり、いつもと同じホテルに宿泊しました。 予約したホテル名と宿泊したホテル名が違ったので、最後まで「？」と言う感じでした。 グループ経営なのかもしれませんので、こんなことがあるんだなあと思った次第です。私が無知なだけかもしれませんが。 滞在中は快適に過ごせました。またよろしくお願いいたします。”

“No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating”
