"建物は古いが、清潔に整えられて気持ちよかった。スタッフの接客対応もよかった。ただ壁が薄く、隣室の物音や人の声、廊下の音がよく響き、とても気になった。"

"The hotel’s remote location and beautiful views were wonderful! The hotel’s shuttle from and to Echigo-Yuzawa Station was very much appreciated. From Check-in to check-out the staff service was excellent. The Japanese/Western room was spacious. We had a corner unit with a view of the snow and trees. "建物の古さはありますが、掃除がしっかりとさせれおり、清潔感があります。 お部屋はリホームされた部屋だったので、こんな物かと思っていましたが、浴槽の清潔さはびっくりしました。おそらくタイルの張り替えはされてないと思いますが…、とても綺麗でした。 食事も刺身が美味しく、スタッフもとても親切でお腹いっぱい食べられました。土曜日の宿泊でしたが、びっくりするくらいお安く宿泊出来、大満足です。ありがとうございました。 "
