“We booked a room and we were checking at Ibis Budget, but there were no one at the counter. We waited and there wasn’t any sign talked about we need to check in at Ibis hotel. So I called, and after we went to Ibis hotel to check in, the woman who we talked to at the counter was in a really bad attitude. Overall, I didn’t feel good and I didn’t enjoy at all. ”

“The staff were warm and friendly and room was nice and clean. It was a little difficult to find as it has a doorway leading up to reception on the first floor. However, it is also right in the middle of town which was great.”

“I'd booked the higher floor terrace flat. There was a really bad smell of cigarettes in the flat - all over the bedding and extremely foul smell in the microwave to the extent that it could not be used. My guess is the flat was used by heavy smokers and drinkers before as there was tissue paper stuffed in the smoke alarms in the bedroom and in the living room to prevent the alarm from going off due to smoke. While the flat itself is new and the amenities are good, there is no governance to make……
