“We booked a room and we were checking at Ibis Budget, but there were no one at the counter. We waited and there wasn’t any sign talked about we need to check in at Ibis hotel. So I called, and after we went to Ibis hotel to check in, the woman who we talked to at the counter was in a really bad attitude. Overall, I didn’t feel good and I didn’t enjoy at all. ”

“The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area so you must walk in with your luggage. The hotel is on the first floor with no elevator. The Republic parking lot is closest and free between 7pm and 9 am. Google directions will not let you drive to the hotel as it is in the pedestrian area. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all a good stay.”

“There was no front desk reception at the time we arrived. What we faced was a self-checking in machine with pretty poor instructions. The bathroom and the toilet of the room came without locks. It's going to be weird if you'd share the room with friends rather than family. The airco is a plus especially during the heat wave period. It's a very budget stay for travellers who just need a place to sleep overnight.”
