"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "Location of its facility is surrounded by magnificent and beautiful mountains with lots of green, atmosphere is totally different from big city Tokyo. The owner of pension is quite friendly, and capable to treat guest with "omotenashi" from his long experience. "
