“Tutto molto bene, unica difficoltà la procedura per trovare la camera.. che ha creato ansia, risolta grazie ad un altro ospite che ci ha aiutati. ..e se un ospite non avesse lo smartphone o non potesse scaricare l'app?”

“They say they’re pet friendly but big signs up saying there’s a huge fine if you bring a pet! Very run down. We had a shared balcony so couldn’t have the door open for security and it got very warm. Although the hotel was almost empty the room next to us was booked and the walls are super thin and we were unlucky with noisy room neighbours. No staff on site ”

“I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The views from the balcony of my room were amazing - a valley below and a glacier above. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative I had was the number of house flies that were in the breakfast room. They were all over the meat and cheese which formed part of the buffet, which itself was substantial and well presented.. A fly zapper or sticky strip would perhaps be a good idea. 9/10 for me, it would have been 10/10 apart from the……

“Room is closed to the stations, with a nice balcony. The room is smaller than I expected but has all we need. We cooked with no problem. The shampoo and shower gels that’s provided is organic and we love it. Tonia was very helpful showing us all info we needed. The only thing a little bother was the beds with wheels which easily slipped away. But overall we enjoyed our time there. ”
