“Toliets need to be serviced properly sometimes doesn't flush properly. Showers need upgrade as pressure is very poor. Stairs need fixing as they shack whenever anyone walks up and downstairs. Lovely customer service cant wait to stay again ”

“溫泉池水水質差，水溫不夠熱，池裏有很多樹葉，水池邊不太乾淨。另外，入住cabin不提供被，詢問時要NZD10一張，太貴，不合理。不會再入住。”

“位置很好，員工很親切。房間乾淨，唯一缺點是沒有補充沐浴乳。”

“The bed sheets has many insects. It seems that there has no change the bed sheets. There has no pillow provided. 1st night - we double checked and made sure the door locked before we go bed to sleep. In the morning, we saw the door was opened. The door had scratch marks， I guess somebody use the tools to open the door. Be careful your bags and money if you stay in there. We really cannot sleep in the 2nd night. The washroom is clean. The location is not different to find. I won’t……

“床鋪很舒適，屋主很好人，check out之後讓我們到入去他飼養的草泥馬拍照，亦有兔仔，綿羊，牛給客人近距離接觸，如果喜歡動物一定要來住一晚~ 唯一不足是B&B位置在高速公路旁，一不留神就會miss左個路口轉入去，如果早一點有多一個路牌指示會更好~”

“It was once a lovely place but is now everything is very dated and tired looking. Emergency housing on site as well which is very sad. Having said that, it was quiet and we slept well”
