"I enjoyed my stay here. It’s cheap, close to everything, and a 7-11 like two shops down. If I go to Pattaya again I will most likely stay here."

"No bed covers provided. Pillows were plastic and like concrete. Door did not lock properly. Sofa was torn and had holes in it. No hot water from the shower."

"Newer hotel therefore everything is clean, spacious and great value for the price. The staff and manager were very communicative and welcoming. They also gave suggestions whenever. Overall great experience"

"The room was clean. But I'm 99 percent sure the mattress had bed bugs as I was bitten all over. I mentioned and showed the bites to the member of staff on duty. He said he would organise cleaning for the following day. But no body came to even look. Didn't have much contact with staff. Location good. "

"We love Charlie's, we feel at home here. The staff is so friendly & willing to help. We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean. The only thing missing are hooks to hang the towels, maybe also more shelves. "
