“The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. The individual room HVAC worked well and there was also a ceiling fan over the bed. Although breakfast was not……

“The view from the property is amazing and it was a short walk to the old city. Out of the gate and straight down stairs until you get to the entrance to old town. Easy walk down. Be prepared for a climb on the way back up. Our only complaint was the lack of bedding for the couch (couldn’t find pillow cases or a duvet). Parking was tricky but we lucked out as we were the only guests with a vehicle when we were there. Getting out of the parking was difficult due to the number of cars in the area……

“The images of the accommodations are misleading. You are not getting the view that is being advertised, however that was the least of our worries. Our room had a queen size bed and a twin, the twin seems to be used as a couch but it was covered by a filthy blanket with no sheets. The room is extremely outdated and hasn’t had a deep clean probably ever. The shower has hard water marks and debris on the walls. There is no body wash or shampoo or conditioner. The hot water is operated via switch……
